Where Are You?
DIVA Yoga studio is just a 2-minute walk from the C2 exit of the Jordan MTR station, or a 4-minute walk from the F exit of the Kowloon Station.
We offer a serene and peaceful environment, with private changing rooms and restrooms. Located within a commercial building, the studio is easily accessible via elevator from the ground floor.
Diva Yoga Studio 環境寧靜,設有獨立更衣間和洗手間,商業大廈全層電梯直達,位於佐敦地鐵站C2出口步行2分鐘,或柯士甸站F出口步行4分鐘,交通方便。課堂以小班教學和基礎新手友好為主,內容包括地面瑜伽、產前產後瑜伽、親子和兒童瑜伽等,導師能細心照顧每一位學生的需要。

We offer Prenatal Yoga and Fitball, Prenatal Couple Yoga, Postnatal Toning and Shape. It also provides mothers with an opportunity to actively relax, share and encourage each other, and accompany mothers through different periods.
我們提供產前產後瑜伽課堂,包括孕婦瑜伽、孕婦瑜伽球、孕婦雙人瑜伽和產後修身瑜伽,亦為媽媽們提供一個身心放鬆的機會,互相分享及鼓勵,陪伴媽媽渡過不同時期。

We offer baby yoga (3 to 12 months), toddler yoga (1 to 3 years old), family yoga (3 to 10 years old), and also kids yoga (3 to 8 years old). It helps to build the strength of large and small muscles, to strengthen the parent-child relationship and self-growth.
我們提供寶寶親子瑜伽 (3個月至12個月或以下)、幼兒親子瑜伽 (1至3歲)、兒童親子瑜伽 (3歲至10歲) 和兒童瑜伽 (3至8歲) 課堂,訓練大小肌肉力量,有助鞏固親子關係,幫助自我成長。

We offer Mat Pilates and Yogalates. Pilates can strengthen your core muscles to improve your body shape and tone, increase your flexibility and balance, reduce lower back pain, waist pain, and shoulder/neck stiffness and soreness. If you want to improve your body shape and your posture in daily life, you can try our Pilates classes.
我們提供墊上普拉提、普拉提瑜伽課堂,強化小腹肌肉,讓線條更美,提高柔軟度及平衡力,亦可增強肌肉耐力,減輕下背、腰部疼痛問題和肩、頸僵硬的痠痛。如果你想改善身體線條和日常姿勢,例如改善寒背或減走小腹,可以選擇普拉提課堂,適合任何人士。
