Our Regular Workshops
We regularly hold special yoga classes or yoga workshops every month, including Prenatal couple yoga, baby yoga, toddler yoga, kids yoga and Parent-child yoga, Singing bowl Yin yoga healing, Charity yoga, Partner yoga, etc. The workshops focus on small class sizes and beginner-friendly instruction. The themes include relaxation, stress relief, and mindfulness.
我們會定期每月舉行特別瑜伽班或瑜伽工作坊,包括孕婦雙人瑜伽、嬰幼兒和兒童親子瑜伽、頌缽陰瑜伽療癒、慈善瑜伽和雙人瑜伽等,特別主題還包括放鬆、減壓、靜心等。工作坊以小班教學和基礎新手友好為主,導師能細心照顧每一位學生的需要。
Prenatal Couple Yoga
孕婦雙人瑜伽
We offer Prenatal Couple Yoga class on Sunday regularly.
此課堂為準父母提供一個舒展身心的機會,透過雙人瑜伽練習及互動,配合呼吸練習,以照顧孕婦身體為本,加強彼此與及胎兒的連繫。準爸爸學習照顧孕媽媽的需要,幫助對方紓緩成為新手媽媽的壓力和不適,並可以增進夫妻間的感情,增加準爸爸的投入程度和參與。同時,準爸爸能學習特的按摩手法,能安全地為對方按摩不適的部位,減少水腫及疼痛。

Family Yoga Workshop
We offer baby yoga (3 to 12 months), toddler yoga (1 to 3 years old), family yoga (3 to 10 years old), and also kids yoga (3 to 8 years old). It helps to build the strength of large and small muscles, to strengthen the parent-child relationship and self-growth.

Baby Yoga
寶寶親子瑜伽
We offer baby yoga (3 to 12 months) with family, including baby engagement, songs, massage and family yoga poses.
產後爸爸媽媽帶同寶寶 (3個月至12個月或以下) 一起練習,有助鞏固親子關係,同時能讓媽媽在育兒的日常有適度的運動。課堂包括與寶寶的互動和合作進行的瑜伽式子,內容結合了歌曲、運動和按摩以促進嬰兒身體和大腦的發育。透過和寶寶的肌膚接觸,可以使媽媽產生「愛情荷爾蒙」增進親子關係和幫助寶寶的成長,也會增加乳汁分泌。
Toddler Yoga
幼兒親子瑜伽
We offer toddler yoga (1 to 3 years old) with family, including toddler engagement, songs, games, exercises. massage, art and family yoga poses.
爸爸媽媽帶同1至3歲的幼兒一起練習,包括與幼兒的互動和合作進行的瑜伽式子,內容結合了唱遊、運動、藝術、感官遊戲和按摩等playgroup元素。除了訓練大小肌肉力量,亦幫助幼兒適應面對人群和新環境,促進人際互動的社交行為,幫助自我成長。
Parents Kid Yoga
兒童親子瑜伽
We offer Parents Child Yoga (3 to 10 years old), including songs, exercises, partner yoga poses, games, art, massage, etc.
適合3歲至10歲的小童,透過親子間的互動合作做出各類瑜伽式子,有助鞏固親子關係,訓練大小肌肉力量。保持身體柔軟度和靈活性,維持肌力均勻發展,降低受傷風險。同時在訓練專注力,留意動作的伸展,有助改善專注力不足的情況。
