Senior Yoga 「齡活瑜伽」
此系列課堂專為55歲以上的樂齡人士設計,不論是老友記、銀髮族、中年人,都可以參與其中,旨在促進和關注長者及其照顧者的身心健康,並提供一個安全舒適的環境,讓不同年齡層及身體狀況的長者,包括照顧者,都能一起輕鬆愉快地做瑜伽,展現活力的一面。
This series of classes is specially designed for individuals aged 55 and above, including seniors, the elderly, and middle-aged participants. The aim is to promote the physical and mental well-being of older adults and their caregivers, providing a safe and comfortable environment where seniors of varying ages and physical conditions can enjoy yoga together and showcase their vitality.

瑜伽課堂內容包括靜觀減壓、活力伸展及肌力訓練等,結合簡單易學的基礎瑜伽動作及不同呼吸技巧,搭配各種輔助道具,由專業的瑜伽導師帶領練習,讓大家一起分享瑜伽及運動的喜悅。
Class content includes mindfulness and stress relief, active stretching, and strength training, integrating simple yoga poses along with various breathing techniques. Led by professional yoga instructors and utilising a range of supportive props, participants can share in the joy of yoga and movement together.
我們的「齡活瑜伽」長者瑜伽班設計具有彈性,可根據參加者的需求進行調整,並提供度身訂造和上門服務,適合各類型機構(如社福機構、學校、老人院舍、醫院、長者中心及非牟利機構等)的不同要求,主題例如包括長者椅子瑜伽、長者居家伸展運動、強身健體瑜伽運動班等。
Our program offers flexible design tailored to elderly needs, with customizable and on-site services. It is suitable for various organizations, including social service agencies, schools, nursing homes, hospitals, senior centres, and non-profit organizations. Themes include chair yoga for seniors, home stretching exercises, and strength-building yoga classes.

專為中老年人設計一系列簡單易學的瑜伽動作,提供舒服安全的方式,讓大家在椅子上輕鬆練習,幫助大家更穩定紮實的進入瑜伽動作,配合呼吸,增加核心力量,改善柔韌性與平衡感,減緩久坐、姿勢不良的痠痛,減少跌倒受傷的風險,促進身心健康。

專為中老年人設計的椅子瑜伽和呼吸練習互相結合,示範不同動作和一起進行各種呼吸方法,幫助增強身體的靈活性與平衡感。透過簡單易學的動作和深度呼吸技巧,參與者將能夠舒緩壓力、改善血液循循環,並提升整體健康。
