趁假期可以邀請另一半一起參與!🥰 雙人瑜伽講求默契和溝通,透過幫助對方伸展身體,和不同雙人基礎瑜伽式子練習,給雙方一個機會專注自己的身體和聆聽對方的感受!
▶️Basic Stretches & Massage 基礎雙人伸展及按摩
▶️Basic Strength-building & Balancing Poses 基礎雙人平衡動作
▶️Pranayama 呼吸練習
$400/pair
(Can be deducted once for two regular classes from any yoga package
亦可以任何瑜伽套票中,用兩堂恆常課堂扣除一次)

適合任何程度,基礎動作為主。** 孕媽媽均可參與 pregnancy-friendly **
此工作坊主要以廣東話教授,最多4對,付款後確認留位。
不設退款及延期,但可轉讓給朋友。
