All you need is …

Props are wonderful to have nearby – but not essential. They will support you throughout your journey to motherhood and beyond. Below are some examples of props we use often in class:
yoga blanket – or a big beach towel
yoga blocks or soup boxes
rectangular yoga bolster, or couch seat cushion
(this is expensive but if you’re pregnant, save your pennies – it’s so worth it!)

1. Payment & Scheduling – After payment, you’ll book your session and get paired with an instructor. 付款後約期並安排老師
2. Language Options – Choose from Cantonese, English, or Mandarin. 提前告知需要教學語言:廣東話、英語及普通話
3. Session Link – A Google Meet or Zoom link will be sent after booking is made for easy access. 課堂前30分鐘安排Google Meet/ Zoom連結
